A Strategic Partners director who was in Secondaries Investor‘s Young Gun of Secondaries Class of 2018 has left the firm.
London-based Sanja Cvetinovic is no longer with the Blackstone unit, according to two sources familiar with the matter. She is no longer listed on the firm’s website.
The timing of her departure and her next move are unclear.
A Blackstone spokesman did not return requests for comment by press time.
Cvetinovic ranked fourth in the Young Guns list and was recognised for leading more than six multi-hundred-million dollar deals with a European focus. She originally joined Credit Suisse’s Strategic Partners unit in 2007 before it was acquired by Blackstone in 2013.
Cvetinovic was involved with originating, evaluating, structuring and negotiating secondaries private equity deals and co-investments, as well as various investment monitoring activities, according to an archived version of her profile on Blackstone’s website.
Strategic Partners held the final close on its Fund VIII secondaries vehicle in July, amassing $11.1 billion and beating its $8 billion target.
