Lottmann: former Lazard director will join Park Hill following period of garden leave

Lottmann, a director in the investment bank’s private fund advisory group and 14-year veteran of the firm, will join Park Hill’s secondary advisory team after a period of garden leave, according to two sources familiar with the matter. It is understood her last day at Lazard was on 5 August.

Lottmann will replace Pablo Calo, who left Park Hill at the beginning of the year, as Secondaries Investor reported. In London, she joins managing director Sandro Galfetti who has been with the team since 2014.

Lottmann will focus on GP-led secondaries, the sources added.

Lottmann was ranked fifth in Secondaries Investor‘s Young Guns of Secondaries Class of 2016 of the most impressive industry professionals below the age of 36.

According to her LinkedIn profile, since 2008 she has advised institutional investors on the sale of private equity, real estate, infrastructure and venture capital fund portfolios and direct investments. She has also advised management teams across Europe on spin-outs and fund restructurings, including the spin-out of Dutch bank ABN AMRO’s private equity team last year.

Lottmann joined Lazard in 2005 as a member of its M&A advisory group.

Park Hill’s secondary advisory team is led by Jonathan Costello in New York.

Separate spokeswomen for Park Hill and Lazard declined to comment.
