Pantheon has made its chief financial officer a partner and promoted a member of its global secondaries team to.


Robin Bailey, the CFO, is based in London and joined the private equity firm in 2010 from early stage venture capital firm Ipex Capital, where he worked in the investment team, according to a statement. He previously worked for Deloitte in its London corporate finance advisory practice.
His promotion was part of the succession planning for Robert Amis, the firm’s chief operating officer and member of the partnership board, who retired at the end of December.
Pantheon promoted another six members of its global investment team including London-based Charlotte Morris, who focuses on secondaries, to principal.


The firm made eight additional promotions in the operations, client services, global marketing and legal and compliance teams.
Pantheon manages or advises funds and clients investing globally in private equity, infrastructure and real assets. It has around $34.2 billion in assets under management.
