Omnes Capital, a French direct private equity and infrastructure firm, has hired a former Akina Partners marketing and investor relations professional to lead its international business development activities.


Miria Späth Werder, who joins as a partner, will be based in Zurich and will help the firm develop its international investor base, according to a statement. She will report to Martine Sessin-Caracci, who heads the firm’s communications and investor relations team.
Paris-based Omnes focuses on buyout and growth capital, secondaries fund of funds, private debt, venture capital, infrastructure and co-investment.
Spath Werder spent more than nine years at Zurich-based investment firm Akina and has also worked at EY and PwC in auditing roles.
Omnes, which has €3 billion in assets under management, was a subsidiary of Credit Agricole until March 2012 and is now employee-owned.
