Liquid Realty invests $60m in UK secondaries deal

The seller of the interest has not been named, though Liquid Realty said the fund manager focuses on core office properties in the West End of London.

San Francisco-based secondaries specialist, Liquid Realty Partners, has invested £30 million ($60 million) to acquire an indirect interest in an unlisted real estate fund in the UK. The firm did not reveal the owner of the interest, but said the real estate fund was sponsored by a prominent manager and is invested in core office properties located throughout the West End of London.

Liquid Realty Partners closed Liquid Realty Partners IV (LRP IV) with $572.3 million (€391.4 million) of capital last December.

The firm has committed over $1 billion in equity capital to secondaries transactions since 2006.
