Landmark bolsters London office, promotes four

The private equity and real estate secondaries firm has hired a vice-president and a junior analyst in its London office.

Landmark Partners has expanded its London office with two new hires in January, as well as promoting four members of staff at the private equity and real estate secondaries firm.

Ritesh Ramchandani joined the firm as a vice-president on the real estate team, according to a statement. Ramchandani joins from GE Capital where he worked on real estate financing and investments for nearly 10 years and will be responsible for sourcing, executing and managing real estate secondaries investments in Europe and Asia.

The firm also hired Gurkirat Singh Dhillon as a junior analyst. Dhillon joined from Standard Chartered Private Bank in London where he was a client service manager.

Landmark also promoted two investment professionals in its private equity team to managing director – Michael Carrano at the firm’s Simsbury, Connecticut headquarters and Charles Tingue in London. In its real estate team the firm promoted to Michelle Creed and Gregory Lombardi, both in Simsbury, to director.

Landmark hired at least 12 new staff last year and has offices in Boston, New York and London in addition to its headquarters. The firm has raised 29 funds with a total of $15 billion in committed capital, according to its website.
