Jasmin Capital opens Brussels office amid hires

The advisory firm and placement agent has made two appointments including a 12-year PAI Partners veteran as a senior advisor.

Jasmin Capital, a European placement agent and advisory firm, is opening its first office outside France in Belgium, according to a statement.

The Brussels office will be led by Lucia Roman, a manager in the firm’s Paris headquarters.

Jasmin has also hired Ludovic Douge, a former director at advisory firm Stream Capital, to oversee its secondaries activities.

Douge will be responsible for secondaries activities for funds and direct interest in private equity, private debt and infrastructure, according to the statement.

The firm also appointed Christilla de Moustier as a senior advisor. De Moustier is a 12-year veteran of French buyout firm PAI Partners where she was head of investor relations and communication until 2010, and in 2012 founded Xilla Capital, a marketing advisor for private equity funds.

The firm employs seven staff and was founded in 2011 by Jean-Christel Trabarel.
