Germany’s Golding Capital seeks secondaries manager

The European investment firm wants to expand its investment team with a private equity, private debt and infrastructure secondaries professional.

Golding Capital Partners, a European asset manager, wants to hire a secondaries professional for its Munich headquarters.

The firm is looking for an investment manager to focus on private equity, private debt and infrastructure secondaries, according to a job posting on its website. The professional will help develop new investment ideas and prepare documents for investment committee decisions.

The successful candidate must have at least five years’ relevant experience and a willingness to pursue non-traditional investment opportunities. German-language skills are helpful, the job posting added.

Golding Capital has €5 billion in assets under management and employs more than 65 professionals in New York and Luxembourg, in addition to its German headquarters.

The firm, which was founded in 2000, is currently targeting €300 million for Golding Private Debt 2016 SCS, a fund of funds/co-investment vehicle, according to PEI Research & Analytics.
