Evercore expands senior leadership with five top-level promotions

All of the new senior managing directors within the bank's private capital advisory group are Secondaries Investor Young Guns.

Evercore has promoted five of its private capital advisory staff to senior managing director, expanding the senior leadership group to seven.

London-based Jasmine Hunet Lamourille and Francesca Paveri, and New York-based Dale Addeo, Ryan Rohloff and Tyler Zittergruen were all promoted to the position, according to a spokesperson. The promotions, which are the equivalent of partner, were effective January.

All five have appeared in Secondaries Investor‘s Young Guns of Secondaries lists – now Next Gen Leaders – in previous years.

The other two senior MDs in the PCA group are global head Nigel Dawn and Europe head Lea Lazaric Calvert.

The promotions come 11 months after senior managing director Rodney Reid departed to join Moelis.

Headline Evercore deals last year include Clearlake Capital Group’s $2.5 billion continuation fund deal for DigiCert, backed by ICG; General Atlantic‘s $3 billion continuation vehicle on multiple assets; and Leonard Green & Partners‘ $2.5 billion process on its 2007-vintage fund.
