The asset manager has opened its first office in the Middle East and has become the first international asset manager to establish a base in Abu Dhabi’s financial free zone.
Germany-based corporate partner Michael Cziesla, who counts secondaries among his specialties, will work alongside Tim Bednall, recently elected by the firm as managing partner for Europe and Middle East.
The secondaries advisory firm and placement agent has hired Peter Landauer, former director of private investments at the University of Florida's endowment.
Ted Cardos – whose clients include HarbourVest Partners and Partners Group – will be responsible for leading the law firm’s secondaries efforts in Europe.
