Tired of institutions not listening to voters? Here’s your chance to set things straight: sister publication Private Equity International is now accepting nominations for its annual awards.

With 17 secondaries categories this year, some of which are new additions, there’s never been a better time to let us know about the great work your firm has done over the past year.

We have split the Deal of the Year categories in each of the three global regions into LP Sale of the Year and GP-led Deal of the Year, to better reflect the evolution of the market.

Also added are two global categories: Direct Secondaries Deal of the Year and Preferred Equity Deal of the Year, to allow participants in these two market segments to receive the recognition they deserve.

Deals must have been at least agreed within the last 12 months to be considered.

Of course, the regional categories of Secondaries Firm of the Year, Secondaries Advisor of the Year and Secondaries Law Firm of the Year will continue.

Our editorial team will draw up shortlists for each category, which will then be put to the readers of Secondaries Investor and PEI to vote on.

While we spend our time studying the secondaries market, we cannot know everything, so feel free to contact us before Friday 15 November with details of some of the landmark events from the last 12 months. We will take these into consideration when compiling the shortlists, and voting will commence in December.

You can make submissions here with details of why the nominee in each category deserves to be shortlisted. More information can be found here.

Keep your eyes on Secondaries Investor for your chance to vote in the coming weeks.
