Secondaries Investor’s Advisory and Law Firm Surveys inform the market of the most active and largest firms in secondaries deal advisory.
This year, Secondaries Investor’s surveys call for more granular information from those submitting to better track the ever-growing marketplace and the advisers that are supporting surging volume. Our goal is to offer a more complete and transparent picture of the secondaries advisory space.
The rankings are split into two main categories: the aggregate dollar value of deals, and the total number of transactions advised on.
We only take into account deals that held a financial close in the calendar year of 2025.
All information provided will be held within PEI Group’s Research and Analytics team and will not be shared with other parts of the business, including Editorial staff, on a granular basis.
