Next Gen Leaders 2025: Nominations are open!
Who are the up-and-coming future leaders of the secondaries industry? Which young people are punching above their weight? Now in its 10th year, Secondaries Investor‘s Next Gen Leaders list recognises the most impressive secondaries professionals aged under 36.
Next Gen welcomes professionals from the buyside, advisory side, law firms and secondaries-related lending world.

Nominations close on Friday, 4 July at 11:59pm Pacific Time.
The results will appear online on Secondaries Investor and in the September secondaries special edition of affiliate publication Private Equity International. Our criteria are:
- Candidates must have been 35 years or younger on 1 January 2025;
- Candidates must not have featured on the ranking before;
- If you are nominating someone from your own firm, you must also nominate a candidate from another firm;
- Nominees must be outstanding in their field and entries must outline how the candidate has made an exceptional contribution to secondaries. Have they generated innovative deals? Have they helped expand the sector? Are they pushing boundaries or raising the bar across asset classes? Nominations with specific examples of outstanding market activity will be prioritised;
- Nominations for multiple candidates at the same firm are welcome, but a maximum of one finalist per firm will be selected.
The Next Gen Leaders will be chosen by a panel of Secondaries Investor and PEI editorial staff.
